Mai Vi Hoang, MD

PCP/Family Medicine Hospitalist

Dr. Mai Vi Hoang is a dedicated primary care physician with a passion for providing comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Hoang has built a reputation for her compassionate bedside manner and commitment to delivering personalized medical care. In 2024, she opened Aspire Medical Center in Southwest Las Vegas Valley, offering her patients both traditional and membership models. Her mission is to help close the gap in healthcare shortage in Southern Nevada.
 
After earning her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean, Dr. Hoang completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Mercy Medical Center in Redding, California which is part of the UC Davis Program. She is also board certified in Family Medicine and remains committed to staying current with the latest advancements in primary care through continuous medical education and training.
 
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Hoang is actively involved in community health initiatives and patient education programs. She is the core faculty in the internal medicine residency program at Dignity Health in Las Vegas. She is also a member of the American Board of Family Medicine, Society of Hospital Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians. In 2021, Dr. Hoang received the Human Kindness Award from Common Spirit-Dignity Health.
 
Outside of medicine, Dr. Hoang enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new cuisines and traveling around the world. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese, which allows her to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.

Bradley Havins, MD FAACP

Family Medicine

Dr. Havins is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno where he received a B.S. in Biology. He then went on to graduate from Wake Forest School of Medicine, and also received the Health Professional Scholarship Program through the U.S. Army. Dr. Havins trained in Family Medicine at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital in northern Virginia. He then served in various duty stations such as Fort Campbell, KY, Camp Buehring in Kuwait, and Fort Meade, MD. He has worked as a hospitalist, primary care physician, and clinic medical director. Additionally, Dr. Havins has been on the adjunct faculty for the U.S. Army PA Program, the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center Transition Year program, and the Uniformed Services University Doctorate of Nursing program. After serving seven years in the Army, Dr. Havins returned to his hometown of Las Vegas. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. In addition to seeing patients at Aspire Medical Center, he is an Associate Professor at Touro University Nevada

Parker Woody, DO

Internal Medicine

Dr. Parker Woody is a dedicated internal medicine physician with expertise in both hospital and outpatient medicine. He earned his medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University in Phoenix. Following medical school, Dr. Woody served as an active-duty service member in the U.S. Air Force, completing his residency at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC) based at Brooke Army Medical Center—the nation’s largest academic military medical facility. During his military service, he deployed in support of Operation Allies Refuge during the drawdown in Afghanistan.

Driven by a deep passion for medical education, Dr. Woody was a founding faculty member of the St. Rose Dominican Internal Medicine Residency program in Las Vegas. In this role, he helped expand primary care training opportunities to meet the critical healthcare needs of Southern Nevada. He also serves as an adjunct primary care faculty member at Touro University Nevada.

Dr. Woody is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP) and a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM). His professional interests include advancing medical education, implementing evidence-based treatments, and bridging the gap between inpatient and community-based medicine. He is committed to ensuring equitable healthcare access for individuals living with disabilities.

Vincent Kim, NP

APRN

Wanseung (Vincent) Kim, APRN, FNP-C, is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner offering integrative and compassionate patient care at Aspire Medical Center.

Kim graduated with honors from Roseman University in Henderson, Nevada with a Bachelor of Science in 2010. He completed his family nurse practitioner program at United States University in San Diego, California. Kim has since worked in various specialties including mental health, rehabilitation, medical surgical, intermediate care, and intensive care units in hospitals across the Las Vegas valley.

Born and raised in South Korea, Kim was a former active-duty South Korean Air Force Sergeant. In his spare time, he likes to play golf and watch football.

Joel Silva - Msn, Aprn, Acnpc-ag, Pccn

With over nine years of experience as a compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, Joel Silva specializes in providing comprehensive acute care, wellness exams, and chronic disease management. As a hospitalist nurse, Joel has been recognized for his patient-centered approach, diagnostic acumen, and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care plans effectively.

Joel holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Nutrition and Dietetics, complemented by a Master’s in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in managing complex medical conditions, interpreting diagnostic results, and delivering individualized care to diverse populations. Joel’s dedication to patient well-being earned him the prestigious “Hello Humankindness Award” in 2021 for his exceptional commitment to compassionate healthcare.

Outside his clinical work, Joel is a strong advocate for fostering trust and collaboration between patients and healthcare teams, ensuring a holistic approach to improving lives.
